PLEASE HELP US TO RAISE AWARENESS ABOUT TOURETTE SYNDROME AND RAISE MONEY FOR ALL OF OUR CHAPER ACTIVITIES.

 The picnic is $13.00 per person and the walk is $15.00 per person for registration.  If they register for both, it’s $25.00.

Join Us For A Sky Zone Party

  • When: Wednesday, February 25, 2015
  • Time: 4:30 pm- 6:30 pm
  • Where: Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park
  • 425 Cayuga Road, Cheektowaga, NY

 

  • 1 hour of jumping followed by pizza and pop $14.00
  • Pizza and pop only (parents) $5.00

You must register in advance by no later than February 23rd. Two ways to register:
